Returns & Refunds policy

1. Definition of Return: Returning a product ordered on the Jivan Ayurveda portal by the consumer.

   • Eligibility for Return: Various situations may lead to product returns, including:

     • Product(s) delivered not matching the order.

     • Product(s) delivered close to or past their expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 3 months).

     • Product(s) delivered damaged in transit (do not accept tampered-seal products).

   • Return Request Period: Consumers can raise a return request within 7 days from product delivery.

2. Jivan Ayurveda:

   • Guarantee: Jivan Ayurveda guarantees the quality and freshness of its nutrition and personal care products.

   • Return Period: If you’re not satisfied, return the unused portion of the product in its original container to your Independent Jivan Ayurveda Associate within 7 days of receipt for a full refund
